Meaning of Spiritual Power

Spiritual word in itself is associated with something that is above physical existence. Being spiritual is considered as being above the worldly pleasures and precisely being devotional. Spiritual power is a state of eternity where our mind and body are left behind and our soul takes up the central place. Spiritual powers are differently described and accepted in different religions and languages. Spiritual powers mean powers that can not be calculated or understood through any material medium. Spiritual power is hence a very subjective topic of study.

Spiritual power is a deep concept of study that has its roots spread widely inside the soul of a being. Spiritual powers are hard to gain and they require utmost devotion for its achievement. Being a hard journey to travel it  has majorly  5 steps that need to be covered. The first among the 5 is – Faith, faith to reach ahead or beyond human horizon. Faith in this process doesn’t limit itself to its literal meaning, here it stands for the belief that we have on our self and the belief of us reaching our ultimate goals. This faith provides us with a momentum to trust our journey started. Secondly comes the – Effort, it focuses over the effort we are willing to push our journey forward. Effort is synonymous to the willingness and devotion we put in to reach spiritual power. These efforts entirely involve our soul to work in every aspect to let go worldly pleasures that we otherwise are unable to control. Third in the process is Mindfulness , it helps us to stabilize our mind and completely surrender towards the effort that we have previously put. Achieving the state of mindfulness automatically forces us to the next stage of Concentration. Concentration provides us with the power to focus, it pushes our mind and body towards our soul. The power to concentrate is the premium essence of attaining Spiritual Power. Faith, Effort, Mindfulness and  Concentration leads us to the attainment of Wisdom , the last step towards Spiritual Power. Wisdom inculcates the power to wisely use our achieved spiritual power in the best possible way. The first step towards the spiritual life is to start living at lonely places, that is called 'Ekaant Vaas'.

Spiritual powers our best realized when we sit in solace . It is best understood when we are in full contact with our inner self. This phase of self attainment inherits us with several powers. Power to withdraw, it means having the power to keep ourself unattached in whatsoever condition. It helps us remain protected. Next comes the power to pack-up all the degrading thoughts in a second. This power to pack up makes our soul clean and gives the ability to escape out of any false situation. Power to tolerate works in an ironical manner, it teaches us to accept the various nature and colours of life with patience. Power to accommodate is another wing of spiritual power that helps us to adapt ourselves with any situation in the best way. Power of judgement teaches us to judge ourselves first and then others keeping in mind all the previous powers read. Spiritually powered soul always stands ahead of all.

Spiritual powers have been a concept that engrosses everybody but its achievement is completely a different zone. Gautam Buddha has been the greatest example of spiritually powered being. He left his kingdom and throne to explore the inner self. He was shaken with the plight of the people living in his kingdom and such few incidences had such a great effect on him that he chose the path of detachment from the worldly pleasures and ultimately made a mark by inheriting eternal spiritual powers. Swami Dayanand Saraswati Ji, Swami Vivekanand Ji , Ram Krishan paramhansa ji, Guru Nanak Ji, Guru Goraksh Naath Ji , Baba Hari Daas, Baba Kudenath, Baba Ganesh Nath, Chaitnya Maha Prabhu, Meera, all these are the recently examples of Spiritual Super Power by God.

People with strong sixth sence are also considered spiritually strong. This power enables a person to forecast any happening before time. It sounds interesting and is interesting too in reality. Some people have conversations with god , this is another type of Spiritual Power. On a whole sometimes few real life experiences and incidents often hold a strong effect on us and makes way for us to enter the world of spiritualism.

It works as a contagious phenomenon which holds a strong base for creating goodness amongest mankind. Spiritual powers might not be seen in physical form but their presence can not be escaped. A spiritually powered being shines like Sun and enlighten everybody coming across him. Its just the wisdom to choose among the good and bad that holds the essence of spiritual power.
