MEDITATION MEANING
Meditation is a process in which we aim to induce
our internal mind and its thoughts to attain mental relaxation or finding our
inner self. Meditation has its different aspects in different cultures and
communities. Meditation as an art of living helps to rejuvenate our mind by
concentrating our thoughts towards the best possible situation. Meditation is a practice that can be
practiced by an aged adult to a small kid. Meditation has gained this name
recently in the modern world. Long ago the practice of deep thinking or deep
concentration was synonymous to meditation but with the changing times as the
importance of creativity and inventions began, this practice came up with the
name Meditation and had large aspects attached to it. Meditation is a state of
self consciousness but is entirely different from the state of being awake.

10-15 minutes for a day for effective results. This is the first step towards
